The following files contain scanned detail drawings of a Phoenix missile. These are scans of original Hughes/Raytheon drawings obtained by Bob Kunz under the Freedom of Information Act.

The hard-copy prints are in 11"x17" format. Rather than photo-reduce them to 8.5"x11" to scan, with the resulting loss of detail--I have scanned each print in two halves with enough information overlapping to assure no loss of information.

Each *-LH.gif and *-RH.gif file is half of a complete print. The file names indicate which half. Example: phnx1-LH.gif & phnx1-RH.gif are needed to make a complete picture.
The file names without the -LH/-RH ending are stand-alone files.

If you are unable to read any part of these images, please e-mail me with the name of the file and a general description of what you cannot read.

Although Bob obtained these prints under FOIA, he had no choice in what prints were released. Some critical dimension information is conspicuously absent. I will attempt to fill in this information in the near future.

PLEASE NOTE: The complete set of drawings is much larger. However, much of what remains is of little use to the scale modeler. I will make it available to interested trivia buffs on request, but I have decided not to use up server space. E-mail me and I will make arrangements to send you a complete hard copy set. I ask only that you pay for copying expenses, the cost of a mailing tube, and postage.
